The hotel staff were helpful during my late arrival. They assisted with parking arrangements. i found the on-site breakfast adequate. the room included basic amenities and met my needs for a short stay. the tram stop right outside offered easy access to the city center.

the carpet had a noticeable stain, though the room was otherwise clean.

the LOCATION was acceptable , and i was able to book secure parking.

the BREAKFAST was a DISASTER. plates were DIRTY , and i saw BROKEN plates also. the breakfast that was offered was not worth the price i paid , and i found it to be unacceptable. the carpets were disgusting, dirty, with stains , and they were full of DUST.

i appreciated the shower, it had great pressure. location was also good with secured parking available just behind the hotel. the breakfast options were pretty good, and i found several things i liked.

the floor covering in my room seemed dirty. i think a more thorough cleaning would improve the room experience.

dirty room mediocre breakfast

the location was fine for getting around. the tram was very close.

The cleanliness was concerning. i found dust and grime in the room i stayed in on 2024-10-20. the bathroom sink also seemed to drain very slowly. the breakfast was mediocre at best. I did not think it was worth it.
